Ushers and Greeters welcome people within the Church, assist in seating parishioners, take and secure the offertory at each Mass, and assist parishioners in lining up to receive the Holy Eucharist. They also have the critical duty of guarding the Body of Christ to ensure that it is consumed each who receives it.
