Class fee: $60 For Baptism, you will need one or two Catholic Godparents, sixteen or older, who must present paperwork stating that they received their Sacraments and are practicing Catholics. No Sponsor is required for First Communion. For Confirmation, only one Sponsor is needed, with the same requirements as for Baptism.
